We are an established family run architectural practice founded in the late eighties, based in Debenham occupying a grade 2* Market Cross building.

We are devoted to provide a personal service to our customers. Our knowledge of Suffolk building over decades has led to a number of awards and generally leads to success in the planning process. We offer a comprehensive service from inception to completion but are flexible over our involvement.

We are at the heart of the Mid Suffolk District Council area, where we undertake the majority of our work. However we carry out projects throughout East Anglia and London. 

Our work largely involves listed buildings with ancient timber frames: we specialize in barn conversions, and these even if not Listed are classed as heritage assets needing special attention.

Otherwise apart from new bespoke homes, our work is the fitting repair of Listed halls, farmhouses, and cottages, which normally involve appropriate conversions and extensions.

We are highly conscious of energy saving and seek to build in wherever possible measures to reduce the fuel bill and CO2 emissions.
