Celebrating fifteen years in 2019, Rees Pryer Architects is an award winning Chartered Practice that was formed following the joining of two established Bury St Edmunds based architects, Rees Associates (formed in 1989) and Pryer Associates (formed in 1992). We believe that Architecture impacts on the quality of our lives, often without us even appreciating it.  Buildings and the spaces they create, whatever their scale, should be enjoyable to experience and inspirational.

The Practice has a wealth of experience operating throughout the East of England on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, educational and refurbishment / conversion schemes.  We aim to bring that experience to provide Clients with an added-value, comprehensive and efficient service at every stage of each commission.

Sustainability is at the core of our approach to Architecture.  We strive to enhance the built environment through creating energy efficient, innovative and sustainable ways to provide the best solution.  We are passionate about the reuseand re-purposingof existing buildings, using our experience to reinvent a space, extend its life and limit use of further resources.
