We aim to work in a close partnership with enthusiastic clients, skilled craftspeople, approving authorities and other consultants to produce the highest standards of design informed by the principles of sustainability.

Nicholas Jacob Architects was established in 1996 and our areas of special expertise include the following:

• Historic Building Conservation - secular and religious buildings of all ages. Quinquennial inspections. Conservation Plans, Lottery applications and Grant advice. Nicholas Jacob is on the register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation.

• Housing Associations - new build and refurbishment, family and sheltered housing.
